Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice in Illinois to join our patient-centric team. Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prior experience in retail pharmacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision with dispensing and pharmacy duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Deliver a courteous, patient-centered customer experience.
• Support inventory management and cash handling as required.
• Maintain accuracy in documenting prescriptions and billing.
