The role involves assisting admissions/discharges, evaluating care quality, and contributing to staffing, training, and operations to optimize patient flow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• BSN or enrolled to obtain within five years.
• Current RN licensure with the appropriate nursing board.
• Master’s in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing functions during shift to ensure quality care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow.
• Evaluate quality of care within the unit.
• Collaborate with management to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support service recovery efforts and staff engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
