Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Read, write, and follow instructions.
• At least two years of college preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume operation preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, critical thinking, problem solving, and written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Teams with unit personnel to ensure timely delivery of meals to patients.
• Ensures that meal trays are accurate and attractively presented.
• Ensures patients receive the food items they desire within dietary orders.
• Opens packages and arranges items on trays for patients.
• Communicates with nursing staff regarding patients needing special assistance.
• Delivers between-meal nourishments to patients as required.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and reports concerns related to dining services.
• Acts as liaison between dining services and nursing units.
