Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills: log in/out of workstations, check email, complete online training modules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and serve food items for patient meals, retail service, and catering operations.
• Set up meal service stations and ensure appropriate food presentation.
• Assemble and serve meals according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist with patient tray assembly and food distribution as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control policies.
