The Community Council of Idaho is seeking a Dental Receptionist for a regular full-time, hourly position in Idaho Falls. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, check in patients, and collect payments and insurance information.

Reports to the Dental Office Manager and works as part of a team. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation and paid holidays; confidentiality and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments
• Check in patients in a positive and friendly manner
• Manage checkouts: collect co-pays and payments toward balances
• Handle insurance information and receipts
• Assist clinicians with charts and coordination
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
