Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or clinical certification with relevant healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; BLS certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by administering TMS and esketamine per clinical guidelines and monitoring patient responses.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and related financial procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operational efficiency.
