Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and engaging with diverse backgrounds.

• Understanding of nursing process, patient assessment, and care planning.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Active RN license in state of practice (PA).
• BSN or higher degree preferred within 3 years of hire.
