Jefferson Health is seeking a Professional Nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. The role involves creating individualized care plans with patients and care partners, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs, and ensuring culturally respectful care.

The position requires a specialized nursing diploma, NJ RN licensure, BLS, and strong communication within inter-professional teams.

Formación

• Specialized Diploma graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with care partners.
• Cultural awareness and ability to connect with diverse patient populations.
• Effective communication to partner with patients and families.
• Knowledge of nursing assessment, care planning, and discharge planning.
• Knowledge of medication administration and clinical procedures.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and electronic records.
• BLS certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• RN licensed in New Jersey.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with patients, families, and staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
