Jefferson Health Northeast in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized care plans with patients and designated care partners, ensuring alignment with cultural beliefs and values.

Responsibilities include education, coordination of discharge planning, collaboration with care teams, and active participation in safety and quality initiatives. An active PA RN license and BLS are required.

Competenze

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with patients and families.
• Cultural awareness and ability to engage with diverse populations.
• Effective communication and delegation to team members.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and care coordination.
• RN licensure in Pennsylvania and BLS certification.
