Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration with patients/families in care planning.
• Cultural awareness and ability to engage diverse patient populations.
• Effective communication concepts, tools and techniques with patients and families.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Understanding of health information documentation and record-keeping.
• BLS - Basic Life Support by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse in NJ.
