Job summary

Marathon Health seeks a physician to provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers under an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.

The role emphasizes a smaller patient panel, longer visits, and a bundle of benefits including CME, licensure support, and malpractice coverage, with a focus on preventive care and collaborative team oversight.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify; active state license; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health centers.
• Offer comprehensive preventive and chronic care with a team-focused approach.
• Participate in ongoing learning, journal clubs, and grand rounds with the care team.
