Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is seeking a physician to deliver patient-centered primary care for employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers in a Direct Primary Care model. You will work with a team to provide high-touch, preventive, and chronic care with an emphasis on accessibility and relationship-building.

The role supports a smaller patient panel, extended appointment times, and a collaborative environment with APPs. A Colorado license and board eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school with residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify; active CO license; CPR/BLS certification at start.
• May require dispensing license per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers within an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
• Flexibly manage a smaller patient panel with time-rich visits and collaborative care with APPs.
• Engage in preventive, acute, and chronic care, focusing on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
