Job summary

Marathon Health is hiring a physician to deliver patient-centered primary care to employees at our Marathon Health Centers. This Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model offers a smaller patient panel and longer visits to focus on prevention and quality care.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration with APPs, and a commitment to high-trust, value-based care in a scalable health model. Compensation reflects market rates in Kalamazoo, MI and includes a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify; active state license; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Deliver care within Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model with a smaller patient panel.
• Collaborate with two or more Advanced Practice Providers to coordinate patient care.
