Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a physician to join our Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care team. You will provide patient‑centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers, focusing on preventive care and accessible, high‑quality medicine.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with pediatrics, board certification or eligibility, active state license, CPR/BLS, and dispensing license per state

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date; dispensing license may be required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
• Deliver proactive preventive care and manage acute and chronic conditions within a team of professionals.
