Job summary

Marathon Health seeks a board-certified physician to deliver patient-centered primary care to employees at our centers. You will focus on preventive and chronic care in a Direct Primary Care model, with longer visit times and less administrative burden.

Join a team dedicated to improving health outcomes through a patient-first approach, leveraging EMRs and population health tools, and collaborating with APPs for high-quality, cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency completed in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility; intent to certify required.
• Active state medical license; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships; manage preventive and chronic care.
• Collaborate with care team, including APPs, to coordinate care.
• Utilize electronic medical records and population management tools to improve outcomes.
