First Choice Primary Care, Inc. is seeking a Physician in Macon, GA to provide comprehensive medical services under the Medical Director. You will diagnose, treat, educate, and manage preventive care for patients while adhering to organizational policies.

Formación

• Licensed to practice medicine in Georgia.
• Board certified or eligible in a primary care specialty.
• Experience in administrative roles and community/public health settings.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and treats patients with acute and chronic complaints following procedures.
• Obtains histories and conducts physical exams; assesses findings.
• Orders tests and makes referrals as indicated.
• Maintains documentation in the electronic health record.
• Collaborates with Medical Director and staff to improve care quality.
