Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program preferred.
• Previous Medical Assistant or related clinical experience preferred.
• National Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required, unless otherwise specified for the position.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, including vital signs and information.
• Assist providers and clinical staff during patient visits and procedures.
• Support patient flow by preparing examination rooms and stocking supplies.
• Document patient information in the electronic health record.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and care coordination as assigned.
• Provide patients with instructions from the clinical team.
• Maintain infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Ensure clinical areas are organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient experience.
