Sun River Health in Peekskill, NY is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant/Patient Representative to support patient registration and access to care across our clinic network.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, in-house labs, exam room prep, and clerical duties; insurance verification and sliding-fee determinations are part of the role. NCMA certification is preferred; a HS diploma is required with an AA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• NCMA certification preferred.
• Experience in medical office settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Take vital signs, document data in eCW and record results.
• Perform in-house labs and collect specimens for outside labs; perform QC.
• Prepare exam room and assist/chaperone during examinations and treatments.
