Holland Hospital is seeking a part-time/variable-shift patient care assistant to support patient care, transport, and diagnostic testing under RN or Radiology Technologist supervision. Duties include documenting patient data, preparing patients for imaging, and assisting with procedures.

Responsibilities also cover transporting patients, maintaining unit cleanliness, and performing clerical tasks while ensuring patient safety and effective communication with the health care team.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care under supervision of RN or Radiology Technologist.
• Accurate documentation of patient care activities and data.

• Assist in delivery of direct patient care under supervision.
• Document patient care activities and data accurately.
• Prepare patients for imaging exams and assist with imaging procedures.
• Transport/escort patients to inpatient units or waiting areas.
• Support unit maintenance and clerical/reception duties.
• Observe patients and report changes to care team.
