Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking a part-time Medical Imaging Tech Assistant in the MVH Medical Imaging unit. The role provides patient transport, supports technologists, and helps with image reproduction and equipment maintenance.

Excellent customer service and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Qualifications include high school completion and BLS within 30 days of hire; no prior experience required though one year in a medical setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school completion or GED.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• No prior job experience required; preferred one year in medical/patient care.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients of all ages to and from referral points within the hospital.
• Assist staff technologists with routine tasks and room turnover.
• Assist with image reproduction using CDs/Film when needed.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; report faults promptly.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and greet all customers.
• Support clerical tasks and assist in other areas as needed.
