Job summary

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, perform selected patient-care tasks and report information to assist assessment.
• Obtain and record vital signs as ordered or delegated by the RN.
• Assist in safe delivery of patient care and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Relate and communicate with patients, families, and staff professionally.
• Deliver medications from the pneumatic tube system to the appropriate licensed practitioner.
