Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in an acute care setting or current nursing program enrolled.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Record and report vital signs, intake/output, and other data to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support meals, personal care, mobility, and use of walkers or wheelchairs as directed.
• Communicate changes to care team; adhere to infection control and PPE protocols.
• Participate in performance improvement, risk reporting, and policy compliance.
