Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.
• CNA or CPCT preferred.
• Basic knowledge of patient care practices and equipment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collects and records patient data, including vital signs and intake/output.
• Aids patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility needs.
• Assists with positioning and mobility using walkers or wheelchairs.
• Documents results and communicates information to the RN/LPN/LVN.
• Adheres to infection control and PPE protocols; supports team communication.
• Maintains regular attendance and follows all policies.
