Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Record vital signs and patient data and report to RN/LPN.
• Help with meals, personal care, mobility, and hygiene tasks.
• Assist with repositioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Document test results and communicate changes to the care team.
• Maintain infection control practices and PPE usage.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and compliance with safety goals.
• Maintain regular attendance and adherence to policies.
