Job summary

BayCare Health System in Clearwater is seeking a part-time CNA - Patient Care Tech - EMT to provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. The role supports diverse patient needs in a fast-paced hospital or facility setting. Required Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) - Relevant Specialty; Patient Care Technician - If applicable; OR Reference summary for details; Active CPR certification upon hire.

Preferred Credentials: EMT (Emergency Medical Technician)

Minimum requirements include one of the following: 6 months acute care experience; or 1-year Skilled Nursing Facility experience; or successfully completes a BayCare sponsored Nursing Assistant or PCT Internship; or completion of Nursing Fundamentals (RN); or Nursing Foundation (LPN) Programs; or EMT certification / Paramedic license for ER only; or completed a PCT or Nursing Assistant program which includes a clinical component.

Preferred Experience: 1 year - Hospital in related field.
