Job summary

The role requires 36 hours per week across three 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. A High School diploma is required; BLS certification must be obtained within two weeks of hire and maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• PCT II may require certification or related study credits.
• BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-skilled patient care under RN supervision.
• Support a decentralized, patient-centered approach to care.
• Fulfill 36 hours weekly across 3 rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends/holidays.
