Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checks vital signs and records findings in patient charts.
• Instructs patients on specimen collection for laboratory testing.
• Prepares collected specimens for transport and testing.
• Performs venipuncture and basic laboratory procedures.
• Operates EKG equipment and records heart activity.
• Provides basic first aid and coworker support as needed.
• Maintains patient charts and distributes appropriate forms.
