Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Nurse Aide I/II to support patient care at our Atrium Health Pineville unit. The role requires assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining clean patient rooms.

Responsibilities include documenting data, assisting with clerical duties, and following safety procedures. A High School Diploma or GED, Nurse Aide Registry listing, and BLS are required, with some weekends and holidays expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry as a Nurse Aide I or with the applicable state Board of Nursing as a Nurse Aide II.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feed and ambulate patients according to procedures.
• Maintain patient rooms in a clean, orderly condition.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions.
• Assist with clerical work and maintaining medical records.
• Maintain stock supply items in inventory management, as applicable.
