Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feed and ambulate patients according to procedures.
• Keep rooms clean and orderly.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions.
• Orient patients and families to unit and safety measures.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain medical records.
• Maintain stock items and assist with inventory.
• Follow Nurse Aide I/II scope and tasks per state guidelines.
• Perform EKG and routine venipuncture with proper training.
