Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for St. Rita's Medical Center - Med Surg Oncology. The role runs full-time days, 7am-7pm, with every third weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities include basic patient care, vital signs, and assisting with daily activities under RN guidance. Qualifications include nursing aide training or STNA/CNA certification, and BLS preferred before direct patient care. Epic EHR training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have completed nursing aide training program OR STNA state tested nurse aide OR CNA certification OR nursing program with clinical nursing course.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including comfort, hygiene, mobility support, and vital signs measurement.
