Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of one eligible PCT/CNA/MA program or apprenticeship option.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age-related criteria and service area.
• Ensure safe patient outcomes through clinical judgment and actions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, nursing staff and health team.
• Take initiative to improve performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate in care plan from admission to discharge.
• Participate in Unit/Department PI activities.
