Job summary

Envision Imaging in Denton, TX seeks a Full Time Patient Care Technician III to join our team. Work Mon-Fri from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM with a competitive hourly pay range of $21.17–$25.50.

The PCT III will screen patients, assist with IVs and prep, and coordinate with technologists and scheduling to ensure smooth exam flow. Responsibilities include obtaining prior reports, contacting providers for updated orders, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the imaging center.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administrative experience in healthcare, radiology preferred.
• Experience placing IVs and managing contrast reactions under radiologist guidance.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver, team player.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to exceed company and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical screening of patients for technologist review.
• Assist patients with valuables and changing into attire for examination.
• Initiate IVs for contrast and manage reactions under radiologist guidance.
• Prepare rooms and non-sterile trays for technologists.
• Ensure safety procedures across center and assist with patient flow.
• Communicate with scheduling and referring provider to update orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
