Job summary

Envision Imaging in Denton, TX is seeking a PRN CT Technologist to perform CT examinations, position patients, and provide accurate cross‑sectional scans. The role requires evaluating patient history, screening for implants and allergies, and coordinating with radiologists to ensure high‑quality images.

The position offers an as-needed schedule with a pay range of $35.35–$45.57 per hour. Current ARRT CT certification, CT registry, and CPR are encouraged, with state licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of CT experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on procedures performed.
• Detail oriented, self motivated, problem solver, team player.
• Thrives in a fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with patients to determine history, provide instructions, and explain procedures to obtain the best image.
• Review patient charts for implants, allergies, and consent; screen accordingly.
• Obtain prior films and perform high‑quality scans for radiologist interpretation.
• Attend to patient care before, during, and after examinations; notify if condition changes.
• Transfer images to other locations as needed and coordinate with radiologist.
