Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and document activities (ADLs, vitals, measurements) under RN supervision.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges; coordinate unit activities.
• Perform a variety of routine nursing support tasks and maintain patient comfort and safety.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow hospital policies and asepsis protocols.
