Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Perform ADLs, monitoring vital signs, hygiene, mobility, nutrition support and documentation.
• Escalate changes in patient condition to nurse promptly.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and adhere to hospital policies.
