Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior patient care experience in acute care preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene and mobility.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to the nurse.
• Accurately document care, vital signs and nursing observations.
