• Assists with vital signs, daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, and nutrition support.
• Documents information timely and accurately in charting.
• Reports any unusual changes to the nurse promptly.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Promotes safety and assists in lab specimen collection as prescribed.
