Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior patient care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Direct duties include vital signs, hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.
• Documents information timely and accurately and reports unusual changes to the nurse.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment and adheres to safety policies.
• Obtains and prepares laboratory specimens as prescribed.
• Helps orient new employees and supports department-based goals.
• Demonstrates commitment to compassionate and personalized patient experiences.
