Responsibilities

• Provides and documents direct patient care including activities of daily living.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers coordination on the unit.
• Documents vital signs, I&O, and treatments per protocol in the EMR.
• Supports quality and patient satisfaction initiatives and unit cleanliness.
