Job summary

You will perform essential patient care tasks, monitor patient status, and assist with daily living activities on a 12‑hour night shift. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; BLS within 30 days as a condition of employment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; basic medical terminology; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with the RN regarding patient observations and changes.
• Provide constant observation for high‑risk patients as assigned.
• Maintain a safe environment and assist with de‑escalation and patient handling.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Support care by transporting and positioning patients using safe techniques.
