Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, provides patient care to meet personal needs and comfort.
• Provides clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes in patients.
• Maintains safety and assists in de-escalation when necessary.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Performs unit-specific procedures and supports the healthcare team as needed.
