Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) Apprentice to support clinical teams and patient care. This role includes learning through the HMH PCT Apprenticeship pathway, with potential progression to a full Patient Care Technician position upon successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and has completed or is eligible for one of the approved PCT/MA/CNA programs, or EMT/home health aide backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Completion of one program (Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant or PCT) or HMH PCT Apprenticeship; or equivalent medical background.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong teamwork, and patient-focused care are required.
