Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Completion of one of: CNA/MA/PCT program or Fundamentals of Nursing from an accredited school.
• PCT Apprenticeship Program or equivalent medical background experience.
• Ability to learn quickly, teamwork, accountability, and dedication to patient care.
• AHA BLS/HCP Certification within 60 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age-specific criteria for guests/patients.
• Ensure safe outcomes through proper practice and judgment.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients and nursing staff.
• Take initiative to exceed expectations and improve performance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning from admission to discharge.
