Qualifications

• 0–2 years in acute care or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• CNA certification preferred or currently pursuing one.

Responsabilités

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Escort patients and help with positioning and mobility aids.
• Maintain infection control and PPE protocols.
• Document and communicate patient information to the care team.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and compliance.
