Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of UPMC nursing assistant or EIC training program is preferred.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care including assisting with procedures and activities of daily living.
• Assists with basic and advanced therapies and reports patient status changes to the RN.
• Maintains equipment and communicates with other departments to ensure safe care.
