The PCT assists with activities of daily living, monitors vital signs, and supports a safe care environment in accordance with training and department needs. The role requires strong communication, basic patient care knowledge, and adherence to safety and infection control procedures.

Aufgaben

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services and maintain a safe environment.
• Document vital signs and intake/output; report findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Collect urine and stool samples and perform finger-stick glucose monitoring; document results.
