Navarro Regional Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care under RN/LPN supervision. The role emphasizes assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and organized care environment, and clear communication within the healthcare team.

The PCT will collect and record data such as vital signs, intake/output, and glucose via finger sticks, while supporting meals, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of acute care experience or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services.
• Collects and records patient data including vital signs, intake/output, and urine/stool as directed.
• Supports patients with meals, bathing, grooming, linen changes, mobility, and comfort.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and proper PPE usage.
• Communicates patient information to the care team and documents findings.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and safety compliance.
