Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with care and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Record vital signs and patient data; report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Support positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and monitor blood glucose; document results.
• Communicate patient information to the care team and follow policies.
