Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record vital signs and other patient data, reporting to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and comfort for patients.
• Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids as needed.
• Document urine/stool collection and glucose monitoring results for the care team.
• Maintain infection control practices and proper PPE usage.
• Report safety or quality concerns and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
