Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support front-end and clinical operations across our growing network of urgent care centers. You will perform patient history taking, vital signs, phlebotomy (if certified), and EMR documentation while helping providers with exams and maintaining clinic efficiency.

We offer a starting wage of $21.00 per hour, substantial benefits, and opportunities for growth as we expand to new markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in Patient Care Technician or related healthcare role.
• Preferred Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, or Phlebotomy experience.
• CPR certification and EMR proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Take patient history and record vital signs accurately.
• Perform phlebotomy if certified and document results in EMR.
• Assist providers with exams and testing and maintain patient flow.
• Explain insurance options and collect patient payments.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination rooms and confidentiality
